I got 26 in physics 56 in chemistry 46 in maths so total 128 but my rank is 655868.in which govt engg college I would be able to get admission.

I assume you are asking for jee main exam, see at this rank you have less chances for government colleges let along nits, iiits . nits has 85% seats are reserve for domicile candidates. however cutoff score changes every year and depends on certain factors like number of candidates participated, questions difficulty level , seat matrix etc.
