Yes definitely,you can get admission NSUT,Delhi.As your rank is 26000 you can definitely apply there for the admission .If you are from delhi itslelf you can admission with upto 35000 rank but if you are from outside delhi your rank should be under 10000.only then you can get admission in this college.
