I got 260000 rank in jee belongs to obc can i get admission into btech cse

Your rank is quite high and so you cannot get any nits, iiit's or gftis college under jossa counselling . But you may get government college under state quota which accepts jee marks. But getting Cse branch is difficult in any college because cut off for this branch goes high.
Just apply for state government college counselling and wait
