I got 2765 rank in nimcet in open category,is there any chance of getting admission in hcu or in any Nit?

No..

Your AIR is too high to get a seat in any NIT. But you can try your luck in the spot round.

HCU 2019 closing rank was 690(UR). So there are no changes in HCU also.

But you will surely get a seat in HBTU kanpur and IPU delhi. These institutes aslo takes admission based on NIMCET rank. And, HBTU kanpur forms are still available... :-)
