Congratulations on securing 28327 rank in MHTCET. It will be easier if you look for colleges according to the marks you obtained in MHTCET.

What you can do is go through the below link, pick top colleges in Pune & Mumbai and then look for your desired college cutoffs, as cutoff ranks and marks vary for every college.

So, you go through the last year cutoffs of the first round of CAP Process on the following link.
