You have not specified the region you belong to, be it AU or SVU. Nevertheless, according to the previous year cutoffs, with 293 marks in NEET UG 2019 you have negligible chances secure a seat in any of the government medical or dental colleges even after considering the category you belong to and the reservation. The minimum marks to be secured to get a government college is around 400 for SC category.

You will have to try in private colleges.
