Depending on caste, different colleges have varying cutoffs. As a result, the course and college you receive are always determined by your caste and rank.
In terms of the likelihood of obtaining a free seat in Pharm.D., it is not conceivable to obtain a free seat in Pharm.D. with a 30K in a reputable college for general students. However, you have a better chance of securing a free seat in B.Pharmacy than in Pharm.D because the competition for Pharm.D is fierce and the cut-offs are low. As far as I know, earning a free seat in Pharm.D. with a 30K eamcet score in the general category is not conceivable.
