i got 30 marks cutt off is 32 in sc can any experience body suggest me what will be happen next?And my sc rank is 42481

As per your rank and marks you have less chances to get government colleges and you are not qualified for JEE Advanced.
You can get private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
