YEs, there are chances for you to get in IIIT Bangalore. For getting admission in IIIT Banglore you need to clear JEE Mains and also separately apply for IIIT-B counselling . This year college hasn't released the cutoff list ,but according to last year cutoff,

First of all congratulations on securing such a good rank. IIIT Bangalore offers a 5 year integrated dual degree program which includes B Tech and M Tech. Your rank is quite impressive and last year admissions were made up to NTA ranking 8781 in the CSE branch. So your chances are still pretty strong. You can apply through there website.
