i got 300000 crl in jee mains and 40000 in esw category,can i get any seat in nit or iiit or gfits or any college under josaa

With your quoted details you won't be getting any college through JOSSA councelling.
I would suggest you to go for other Engineering entrance and state level entrance exams or drop a year and try again next year.

Hii Aspirant,
It is very difficult to get any college among NIT, IIIT or GIFTS. You might get few lower branches in these colleges in lower colleges.
