Hello!
There are extremely less chances for you to get seat in government BAMS medical college. Whereas you can definitely get a seat in Private and deemed medical colleges. There is a dilemma this year, that is because of the high competition. Where even the one who scored 500+ have less chances of getting a seat. So you might definitely get a seat in deemed colleges but the fee will be expensive. Incase if you are not getting a seat within your budget, then take 2021's NEET. Let me remind you that the who who 720/720 this year was taking NEET for the second time. It is never wrong to reattempt as well as having hope. Kindly mention your category for more help.

Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well,
As you haven't mentioned your category it is difficult to predict whether you will be getting BAMS colleges in Maharashtra, as the level of competition is more a candidate must score above 500+ in order to obtain a seat in a decent medical college. Also the cut off various every year depending on number of students participated, number seats, number of students eligible etc. So you getting an seat in BAMS college in Maharashtra is difficult. Also doing medical degree in a low rated medical college is of no use.
