Hello,
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have negligible chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in West Bengal even through state quota .You might get admission in some other colleges through all india quota.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much  can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
Just hope for the best

Hello student,
With a score of 316 in St category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 183 was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical college, Murshidabad in St category under the state quota. But, scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in your state

Good luck

Sorry for the misconception , in SC category, you don't have much chances for a government college. Last year, 349 was the cut off and the corresponding rank was around 1,22,000. So, please check if you fall under those for selection.
