The chances of getting the govt. medical college for you are very less as the govt. medical college demands 500 or more marks for the admission through NEET. You can go for the private colleges in maharashtra if you want to go for the MBBS course. For BDS the same criteria will be applicable for the govt. college. And for the admission in BAMS there is no such criteria like MBBS and BDS. You can simply go through the state counselling process and you can get the admission in Ayurvedic courses and it will not be that difficult for you to get the BAMS college in Maharshtra with the marks you obtained.
