The NEET cutoff for West Bengal will be applicable for 85% State Quota seats,the rest 15% AIQ   cutoffs will be released soon.Based upon the rank that you have secured you have your chances in the following colleges:-

You have a decent score in sc category but the cutoff has increased this year so you have less chances of getting a government medical or dental college in West Bengal even in sc category.
