According to me there are almost no chance of getting government bds college. According to last year cut off th least marks was 406 in SC category state quota. 

You are far away FROM the cut off and this year cut off is expected to go higher.You can definately get other private bds colleges with this category and marks.

Sorry to inform you this but you won't be able to get admission in Sri Venkateswara University with these NEET marks and rank. The last intake in the college was of rank 51,063 last year. It's really difficult even with your caste reservation certificate.
