i got 349 in neet 2020 ..is there any chance for me to get BAMS??

You have not mentioned your category, so considering you as a general candidate, with Your neet score you may/ may not have chance to get BAMS seat in Kerala . It depends upon cut off of the college, cutoff depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam, previous year's cut off etc.
2019 cut off for BAMS in Kerala for general category was 420+, for obc400+ and for sc-370, St- 350 for government seat in Kerala .
Hence you may try in state counselling of Karnataka
