Hello Vikash,
There is no standard minumum marks which should be obtained to get admission in various NLU colleges. The cutoff marks vary every year based on various factors such as difficulty of examination of particular CLAT, number of students attending the exam and many such. In general a marks of 120+ is considered for admission in top 7-8 NLU. NLU also releases details of empty seats which can be filled separately.
Since you have scored 35 out of 150, it would be difficult to get admission in NLU. If the difficulty of appear was tough this year even 35  would be considered good marks. Therefore it depend on various factors to determine eligibility for NLU colleges.
