see cutoff score fluctuate in every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, gate papers of difficulty, students category, choice of stream and so on. however electrical engineering streams m.tech discipline are as follows

control system

power system

power electronics and drive

thermal power engineering

high voltage engineering

renewal energy sources

however considering you as general category you have less chances in top five nits. you may check the nit cutoff from below link:
