You have scored good but it will be difficult for having a mbbs seat in karnataka in open quota and you don't have karnataka domicile certificate also. 

But you can apply for your own state quota there you have the chances of having mbbs or bds with this marks.

According to previous year for open quota for MBBS in private college of Karnataka, the lowest cut off was AIR 40275 (2nd round) for Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, Bellur, Mandya Dist. and for this year after 1st round, the cut off has been AIR 39012 for SDM College of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Dharwad and for 2nd round, only 475 seats are left for open quota. 

Concluding all the informations, your AIR would be in lakhs which makes you very far from any seat of MBBS but could try for BDS.
