Dear Veena, 367 marks are too less for a seat in Government Medical College under BC Category for All India Counselling. Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling. You may get a Private Dental College in AP. If you want to apply for Private Medical Colleges of other States it is only through Management Quota and the fees is less than 40 lakhs.

As you mentioned with BC-B category and 367 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are negligible as cutoffs are usually 400+
However you might get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given under All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).

However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
