Well brother ,look it merely depends on category,state,amd the most important is good nit ,there are many nit ,some are better than iit.
Yes sure you will get an nit college but for this you needed to be from sc or st category,Well i guess u have scored arls in between120 to 150.
As you know that its very tough for an general aspirant to get addmisision for nit college with cse branch.

Sure buddy if u crack the mains than it would be a gud chance of u getting admission there but if u don't get admission there than try to get admission where u r getting .or else try to drop and try to get gud rank
