Competition is tough these days and is growing tougher as more and more competitive people with good preparation are applying for neet every year.
With your score, you will get a seat in a government medical college. There is chance in All India Quota and if not in AIQ then surely in state quota. Getting top medical colleges in the country could be a little difficult, but in your state it should be easy.
