I got 376992 rank in JEE mains with %tile of 69.98. I belong to Madhya Pradesh and under EWS and girls quota. Which willl be the best for me

Since you belong to EWS category and have scored 69.98 percentile in JEE mains 2019 , you have not even qualified JEE mains 2019 as you have not crossed the cutoff of EWS category in JEE mains 2019. You are not going to get any govt colleges through JEE mains.
You can opt for some private colleges or can try next year.
