Candidates who are in 12th or passed in 12th examination can apply for jee mains examination.But,For getting admission NITs,IIITs and CFTIs ,you need at least 75% in 12th examination.or be in the top 20 percentile in 12th examination of respective state boards.

its not a big deal !! you can get admission with this marks for B Arch while you need write the NATS exam and get a good score as the NATA eligibility you should 50% with aggregate marks
