As per your question, according to your marks 384 in NEET your rank would be in around 1.2 lakh to 1.4 lakh. So as per your AIR your chances to get any of the government colleges in andhra pradesh would be low. But don't worry, as in andhra pradesh you may get colleges like :-

Apart from andhra pradesh state quota you may get colleges like:-
