If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a government medical college in West Bengal through state quota are very good.

The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

With a score of 385 in SC category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 349 was required to secure a seat in the government medical college, Maldah in SC category under the state quota and the corresponding rank was around 1,22,000. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in your state
