If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a government medical college in West Bengal through state quota are very good.

The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

With a score of 385 in SC category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 349 was required to secure a seat in the government medical college, Maldah in SC category under the state quota and the corresponding rank was around 1,22,000.
