Hwy Sravanthi,

Given there are only 7 seats for OBC category in general surgery branch of PGIMER Chandigarh. The chances of you getting a seat for it is bleak. Otherwise I would tell you not to lose hope with it as your OBC rank of 99 isn't too far fetched to be among top 7 people to occupy the seat.
