With 390 marks in neet you have less than to get private medical college even you belong to BCA catagory. According to previous years cutoff you need to score 400 plus marks for private mbbs seat in Telangana through state quota.

Going by last year's cutoffs, with 390 marks in Neet it would be difficult to get any government Medical college or government quota seats in Private Medical colleges as last year the cutoffs were around 450 marks. So with 390 marks it would be quite difficult to get any seat through state quota. However you can try for Management quota in private Medical colleges. You can expect government quota seats in private dental colleges such as

• Meghna Institute of Dental Sciences
• Malla Reddy Dental college for Women
• Malla Reddy Institute of Dental Sciences
• Sri Sai College of Dental Surgery

Etc .
