For your rank you have no chances to get free seat. The free seat or full fee reimbursement is provided only to the rankers below 10,000 in TS Eamcet. As your rank is above 10,000 you have no chances to get free seat under BiPC. The TS eamcet counselling will start from 24 june 2019.
