I got 391 marks and 137669 rank my caste is bc d in Telangana will I get BDS in govt or private college

As per your marks and rank with caste reservation and home state quota you are having very less chances of getting a government college for BDS but still there are some chance.
I suggest you to go for counselling along with some good private college as a backup plan.
It will be really helpful for you.
