I got 395 marks in neet 2019 can I get a seat in kims Bangalore or any govt in private college and please inform me about the fees structure

Yes, I don't know your category (Unreserved/Reserved) But I think you can get a private college because the general cutoff for government colleges is 550.
So, you may also get a seat in state quota but that will be also private.

The fees structure varies from college to college, but on average, private colleges charge up to 5-10 lakhs a year.
