Dear Reena, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, OGI Rohtak gave seat to various Categories with the following cut offs:



General Category: 506

BC-A: 402

BC-B: 418

SC: 379



With 398 marks you have a chance only if you belong to SC Category. . Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
