You have not mentioned your category , nevermind ,last year closing marks as per category under state quota are

Unreserved-508

SC-420

ST-281 

so as per above mentioned marks you have Chances of getting a seat in government medical college only if you belong to ST category. Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.

For private medical college it was 

Unreserved-491 

Sc-391 

ST-225

So you have chances only if you belong to either SC category or ST category.

You can apply for deemed colleges to be on safer side.
