i got 3lakh rank in state vise and 7 lakh in all india vise so i apply for all india neet counseling is it good please tell me it is importa

Sorry to say but you have very low rank even if you apply for All India you won't be able to get a college.. But still if you feel like trying your luck you can just sit for the counselling procedure and check if in case you get any college though chances are almost nil.. Good luck..
