As you mentioned, you are from OBC category scoring 400/720 is really good. As per your marks you can even get an admission in MBBS if you try. As per this score, you can easily get an admission in any of the government colleges for BDS

I would like to tell you that the seats in NEET colleges are very less especially in government colleges. Now coming to your query, it is hard to say to that you may get a bds college with AIQ. Your marks should be more than 450 in obc category to get a bds government college. You can also go for the private colleges which have low fees in bds course.
