Based on previous year cut-off, to attain a MBBS seat in a government college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET. As you belong to reserved category therefore the SC/ST/OBC cut-off score was 146-113 .
Under 15% all india quota, you need to score more than 480 marks in neet to get BDS seat. As you have got 401 marks so you might have a chance for getting the seat in government college.

I'm sorry but despite having the ST quota the chances of you getting government medical college are nearly zero , however there are private medical colleges where you can try getting a seat .
