Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Maharashtra according to your profile.

See it is little bit difficult to suggest that whether you will get MBBS seat or not in Maharashtra because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon numerous factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

But if we check out previous years NEET cut-off trends in Maharashtra then there are very low or almost no chances for you to get MBBS seat in Maharashtra, the reason being is last year the lowest cut-off marks was 487 for Ashwini Rural Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Kumbhari under Home State quota for OBC category. But yes you can get BDS seat in some of the colleges on such score.
