Dear Surya, in 2018, under All India Quota 421 marks secured a seat in Anantapur Medical College under ST Category.  State Quota cut offs have been slightly lower that year. And 400 marks secured a seat under State Quota in ST Category in the same college. Going by previous trends and your score,  406 is a very close call. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Hi dear,
Last year cut off for ST candidates under state quota at Government Medical College, Anantapur was 427 and under AIQ cut off at Government Medical College, Anantapur was 421.
So going by previous years cut off it seems difficult to get a seat at 406 under ST category. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change each year.
