Dear Aspirant,
As you know the total number of seat in NIT are 21,133 and total number of seats in IIT are 4300 approximately. So with your rank its quite difficult to get seat in NIT or IIIT for an OBC candidate. You can get good semi government and private college's with this rank. You can also try for your state level college's with this rank.
You can use the given below link to predict your college.

Thank you
Dear Aspirant At first lots of congratulations for your results . I . First you have to clearly mention whether the rank you gave is your All India rank or OBC rank . If that is your OBC rank then according to trends of previous years and this year's JEE MAIN cut off I am afraid to inform you that your chances of getting admission into colleges NITs and IIITs are almost negative. However You can try in state level counselling and private colleges .
One the other side if that is your All India general rank then then you may get many NITs .One thing is important that admission in OBC category entirey depends upon that particular category rank , not the All India rank. you can check previous years cut off https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-top-nits check your chances here https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
