Hello Afsar, sorry to say but your jee mains percentile is very low and you are not eligible to get admission in any of the government colleges or even private engineering colleges with this rank. You should try giving exam next year.

With 40 percentile in Jee Main. You can't get any seat of government college .
Try for private college.
