I got 413 marks in neet 2018. I belongs to general category.can I expect free seat in all over India?

Sorry but in AIQ you will not get. But in State Quota you may !

Getting a govt medical college would be tough with these marks as you belong to general category. The competition level is very high and so does the cutoff for various states and colleges.
You might try for ayush courses or private and deemed colleges.
