Dear Naveen, with composite score of 422 you have some chances with lower end colleges namely:-

UBS Karjat
ITM khargar
Sharda Universty
Jaipuria Institute Noida
IBMR Pune
IIRM Jaiour Rural Managemnt MBa
NIMT Ghaziabad
JIMS Delhi
IMS New delhi

The cutoffs although can vary as per following Paramters:-
