The cut off marks for OBC category under All India Quota in Karnataka was 450 and above in 2018. The cut off marks change every year and therefore might increase or decrease. You can apply for the AIQ counselling but the chances of admission might be difficult. 

You can try for admission through state quota in your own state which will give u a higher scope for admission in MBBS through OBC category.
