You have not mentioned your category any where .
As of now it would be difficult to put forward any specific predictions . As cutoffs change almost every year. In 2017 cutoffs went as high as 520 or so for general catagory in veteribary college. Such high cutoff was not expected at all. But as councelling was wrapped up after the second round so many seats were left vacant. Generally 400 + is considered a good score to get admission in government veterinary colleges. But as the cutoff fluctuates every year so not much can be said.
If you are from a reserved category then your chances of getting into a government college increases effectively.
