   According to the analysis made with your score, category and previous year cut off, it is found that you are likely to obtain a seat through any of the counselling. Through AIC you may get a seat in any of the college in the low average range medical colleges,  whereas through state counselling you will be able to get a seat in a good medical college in state.

Be confident and try your chances in obtaining a seat in a good medical college.
