Regarding your query the score you obtained in NEET 2019 as you mentioned is 450. If you are willing to pay several lakhs per year then private medical college seats are waiting for you. If you can't afford such amount and looking for a seat with a fee under 1 lakh , the possibility of getting an admission is very low.
