Hello aspirant, 

Well according to last year's cutoff minimum score for a general category candidate to get into a government medical college in Himachal pradesh was 550+. And even if it varies this year it won't vary about a 100 marks. 

I guess it would be very difficult to find a government seat. 

I suggest you should still apply for the counseling process under state quota as soon as the dates are announced.
