Sorry to disappoint you but your rank of 4,50,000 is way too high for getting into a government medical college for mbbs or bds.
Even though you have OBC certificate your rank is too high .
But yes , you may have a chance in private colleges so do try for one but it would be very very difficult.
Some of the best are in Maharashtra and Karnataka.

I would advice you to take a drop and give NEET next year with a better preparation.

Your rank is 4.5 lakh , sorry to tell you but with this rank you can not get a seat in any  medical college , you will neither get government nor private medical colleges.
I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.
