457 marks is quite an average score in Neet. You know that the cutoffs change every year so it is quite difficult to predict. Now going by last year's cutoffs, then you can expect Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Science Ongole, Government Medical College, Government Gen. Hosp. Road, Ananthapur, ACSR Government Medical College, Nellore, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa etc. But keep in mind that these are based on previous year cutoffs and this year it might change. So I would suggest you to use Neet College Predictor tool to know more about your admission possibilities https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
