Hey there, You have scored 459 marks in NEET and you also belong to SC Category. Really that will be very helpful to you while taking admission in Government College as some special seats are being reserved for each and every special reserved category. With these marks, you can get admission in government medical college but there are very fewer chances of yours being getting admission at government college as even you know the cutoff is very high this year.  However, you can try for a semi-government college and even for private college. You will not be able to get a seat there as even in SC Category you require a minimum of 530 marks and you are quite low for that.

I would rather suggest you check the colleges available for you at these marks at College Predictor at Careers 360 only and it will be very helpful for you while getting a seat there. It will be very helpful for you as it will show the best colleges available for you according to your category and even home state rank.

Hey.

The cut off for admission in government colleges in Rajasthan  under the State quota for the SC category in the previous year 2018 was a rank of 40997 and a score of 457 marks. The cut off changes each year due to several factors like level of difficulty or level of Competition etc. This year as the paper was easier the cut off based on marks will be higher than before. Considering your score, and the previous year last score you seem to have less chance of Admission here. You can use the link below to check the previous year trends. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-rajasthan/amp

Best of luck.
